The Volunteer Scheduling Codes used only by the volunteer data entry personnel in conjunction with the Volunteer Scheduling Application form also found in this directory. This form's purpose is to make life easier when doing data entry. It's a visual aid for matching the availabilities a volunteer has specified to the codes used in the program.
The Volunteer Scheduling Form is used to assist in selecting the volunteer preference and helping with scheduling volunteers. This is of some assistance however frequently the volunteers don't know their schedule until much closer to the actual event.
